It's not meant to be "fair." It's meant to keep the vote out of the unpredictable hands of the proletariat.
As the veneer of Democracy starts to fade...
Just another way to make you feel like your vote doesn't count...
I think Capitol Swell has some work to do. Because really, then- why even vote at all?
