no wonder they still haven't been able to do anything about the malaria in africa! The staff is aparently too busy taking pictures of their cubicles and blogging about it. awesome.
Yup. The federal government is the best. Espcially that one guy, "capitol swell". He's awesome. He's blogging about the movie Office Space. I'd LOVE TO SEE his office space.....he'll probably send me a picture of his left shoe.
